Virginia Tatsi is a beauty and wellness industry veteran with over 20 years of experience spanning brand operations, spa innovation, hospitality leadership, and luxury retail.

With a lifelong passion for wellness and beauty, Virginia Tatsi is the visionary behind Bibibo Group’s operational excellence and brand momentum.

Virginia’s journey has always been about one thing: creating meaningful, elevated experiences for every customer.

 As Managing Director of Bibibo Group, she leads the strategic development and operational scaling of the company’s multi-brand portfolio, including skincare, personal wellness, and beauty concepts designed for global expansion.

An expert in customer service management, operations, and strategic brand planning, Virginia combines hands-on retail fluency with institutional leadership.

Fluent in Italian, English, and Greek, Virginia draws on her multicultural background to ensure Bibibo Group resonates across borders and cultures. Her mission: to build beauty brands that not only perform—but truly connect.

Virginia began her career in prestige cosmetics with Coty and Estée Lauder, developing deep roots in consumer insight and in-store brand performance.

 

She went on to lead spa innovation at Hilton Athens before moving into senior executive roles at OMOIOSTASIS S.A. and Mediterranean Eucrasia Ltd., where she managed large-scale hospitality operations, wellness services, and customer experience programs across the Mediterranean region, and under her leadership, Ms. Tatsi and Eucrasia and Virginia has won the prestigious Wellness and Spa awards from Conde Nast Traveller.

At Bibibo Group, she guides investment alignment, brand incubation, and go-to-market execution, ensuring every business decision is grounded in both consumer sensibility and commercial scalability.

As Managing Director of Bibibo Group, she channels more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, wellness coaching, and consumer retail into building the next generation of beauty brands—rooted in well-being, sustainability, and modern femininity. Whether overseeing the day-to-day of a new product rollout or structuring the global expansion of a brand, Virginia balances business clarity with soulful attention to detail.

Behind every modern beauty brand is a story of purpose, structure, and bold ambition—Theodora Tatsi brings all three. As Chief Business Development Officer at Bibibo Group.

Her leadership blends sharp financial insight with the soul of a storyteller—crafting partnerships, pathways, and platforms that let beauty brands scale with authenticity and grace.

Theodora is the strategic force turning creative vision into global movement.

Theodora approaches business development like beauty—structured, intentional, and always people-first.

She applies a data-informed yet human-centered lens to growth: one focused on long-term brand equity, not just short-term wins.

Born and raised in Athens, fluent in German, English, and Greek, and trained in both industrial economics and language philosophy, Theodora sees business as language—something to be crafted, translated, and felt.

Before Bibibo, she held key leadership roles in European business consulting, finance, and education, working with iconic companies like Robert Bosch SA and BPM AE. But it was her work in cross-cultural environments and experiential learning that shaped her greatest strengths: intuition, clarity, and connection.

From Six Thinking Hats® creative frameworks to her parenting leadership workshops, Theodora approaches business development like beauty—structured, intentional, and always people-first.

Her career has been shaped by deep expertise in strategic distribution, cross-cultural negotiations, and scalable partnership frameworks. 

As Bibibo Group scales its beauty and wellness portfolio, Theodora plays a central role in aligning operational excellence with founder-led creativity—bridging investors’ expectations with enduring, modern consumer value.
